Gloria began her employment with Borger Management, Inc., in 1988.  In her current position she serves as the Assistant Vice President of Residential Management.  She is responsible for overseeing all property operations of Lead Based Paint and the DC Proactive Inspections. 

Gloria received her ARM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1989.  She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in  D.C. Gloria is an  active member of the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington and IREM Chapter 8. Gloria  also manages a portfolio of properties.
