AOBA President for 2017 and 2018. An accomplished multifamily property management executive and Virginia native, Royster has worked with Borger Management since 1990. Judith A. Tria, Vice President, Property Management, First Potomac Realty Trust, was named President-Elect.
G. Thomas Borger, Chairman testified at the Public Hearing for DC Tax Revisions Commission. His testimony was directed at the Unincorporated Business Franchise Tax and its impact on local property owners and their partners.

The Dorchester House at 2480 16th Street, NW won an ”Award of Merit” in the Washington Chapter American Institute of Architects 2012 design competition. The canopy replacement project competed in the Historic Resources category and was designed by Steven K. Dickens, AIA.

St. Ann’s provides transitional housing and supportive services to at-risk children, youth and families in the Metropolitan Washington area.
