Our Company

At Borger Residential, we work to provide the best results for our tenants, owners, and investors. Throughout our 50 years of experience in property management, we have found that a relationship-based approach is the way to get there. By building lasting connections and embodying our core values of stewardship, leadership, innovation, and accountability, we’re taking an uncommon path to uncommon results. Live the difference with us.

History

Borger Residential carries a proud history of engagement in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia real estate. We were founded by George I. Borger in 1930 and are now thriving under the leadership of his grandsons. Through active participation in civic, legal, and community conversations on real estate, we have established our company as a nationwide leader in property management. Equally as important, we remain dedicated to thoughtfully serving our communities and giving back however we can.

Our Team

Bringing a personal touch and an innovative mindset to all of our work, we have fostered an environment where everyone works in unison to meet our goals and to achieve new growth. We aim for continuous improvement through team building, community meetings, and ongoing training – always emphasizing a commitment to exceptional service. We’re confident that our efforts today are positioning Borger Residential for future success.
